SHipping and Handling

Shipment time is generally one to two (1 - 2) weeks, but may be as soon as five (5) business days. This timeframe depends on holiday/season, size/quantity of the artwork/merchandise, USPS, location shipped to, or special shipping/handling requirements discussed ahead of time. If there is a delay in shipment, the artist will contact the buyer via email, text, or phone call. For more details about shipping and handling prices, please see below.

Shipping options at checkout are currently unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, Territories of the United States or International locations. Please Contact Us if you live in one of these areas and are interested in making a purchase.

POSTERS

*All posters are shipped via USPS in a wide, sturdy poster tube to avoid any creasing.

S&H cost is $8.00 per order +$2.00 for each additional item.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

*Original artwork is available at checkout for local delivery or pick-up only (Macon, GA). This option is free. At checkout, you will be prompted to fill out a form with contact information so that we can get in touch with you to arrange the pick-up or delivery.

Package Tracking

Once your package is shipped, we will contact you via email or text with the tracking information. Please be sure that your email and cell phone number are written correctly when filling out the order form so that we are able to send the tracking information.

Damages

On the rare chance that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please keep the item and packaging and CONTACT US immediately so that we can inquire with the shipper.

 Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement, if available, or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you need to make a return, please use our CONTACT FORM and specify the reason. We will contact you to make arrangements.

Returns of Original Artwork will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In order to have Original Artwork shipped, we would have already spoken with you to arrange that shipping. Returns will be discussed at that time.
